These videos should illustrate the features of DecoSpine and show how our new Multi-Position Spinal and Joints Decompression Machine can be used.

The traditional way of stretching the spine on a massage-decompression table. The friction-free surface of the table allows you to start stretching the spine even with a minimum stretching force and eliminates discomfort and pain in the process of stretching.

Traction and decompression of the spine with a horizontal or tilted position of the table, when the head is up, legs are down, and the body is lying with its back on the table – the “Hammock” position. Stretching is done by the Traction Machine through a pulley system on the Functional Trainer by the legs. The degree of stretching and decompression of the spine can be adjusted by combining the angle of the massage and decompression table and the traction force from the Traction Machine. Good for traction and decompression of the mid and lower spine and hip area, for flex training, and for twisting the spine.

Traction and decompression of the spine in a horizontal or tilted position of the table, when the head is up, legs are down, and the body is lying on the table on the stomach – the “Reverse Hammock” position. Stretching is done by the Traction Machine through a pulley system on the Functional Trainer by the legs. The degree of stretching and decompression of the spine can be adjusted by combining the angle of the massage and decompression table and the traction force from the Traction Machine. Good for traction and decompression of the mid and lower spine and hip area, for back arching of the spine, and for twisting of the spine.

Ways of stretching the middle and lower sections of the spine and hip area in combination with twisting when the person is laying on the back or on the stomach.

Dynamic stretching of the middle and lower spine and hip area with the use of the Hanging AB Straps, where the Hanging AB Straps are one of the ways to anchor the person.

Stretching and decompressing the spine in the inversion position. The level of spinal decompression can be adjusted by changing the tilt of the massage-decompression table and pulling force from the traction machine.

Combination of stretching of the spine and simultaneous training of the muscular corset in normal and inversion positions.

Neck Decompression

Active decompression of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Performing exercises allows you to develop and strengthen the muscles of the corset supporting the spine.
